i,m working on a distortion plugin,and i have high cpu in cubase7.5. in se 1.2 its around 3% .in cubase it is around 10 % 3 times more is this a bug?
its a mono effect
its spiking between 5-10% up and down this gives me an average cpu of 8 %
okay so i loaded a stereo version of it in cubase 7 no major spikes. but higher average load. of 10 % it should be 6 wright?
when i try'd to duplicate the vst track vstbridge crashed.
i No The problem now. i am working in 64bit cubase. so in order to load a 32 bit plugin it uses vstbridge wich is translating it to 64 bit?.
so cpu is much higher . i think i solved it.
