Hello I have been looking for a Cubase plugin that generates MIDI notes like this: tonecarver.wordpress.com/harmony-rotator/Since the development of this plugin has stopped I was wondering if it would be possible to recreate it with Synthedit ?

As far as I know synthedit 64bit plugins (which have VST3 format) have no working midi output. Maybe in synthedit 1.2 32bit it's still there. In fact you can do everything in synthedit you want. When there's no stock module available doing what you want you simply can code your own one using the synthedit sdk. This is pretty easy for midi modules. Check the example modules in the sdk examples. Al you need is the free microsoft visual studio/visual c++.
