Hi to all, I don't remember where I read this, somewhere on the web, but it got me curious enough to ask the question. When exporting a VST from SynthEdit, should you first remove the "Sound Out" module, then do the export? Somewhere I read that this should be done or the VST could damage your computers memory. So, is it true or just a rumor put up on the web to scare people away (maybe??). Just so everyone knows, I have exported a few with the sound out module still in place. So far, I haven't seen any ill effects to my PC. But if there is some truth to this, then I would like to know for sure one way or the other. Thanks, Tim EDIT: Found the website I saw this on; syntheditstepbystep.wordpress.com/synthedit-tutorials-important/

I've never removed the Soundout module before exporting a VST in all the years I've been using Synthedit ( since 2003 or so ). So, imo, it's complete nonsense..else Jeff would have made a note of it himself.

Cool Rob, that was the first time I had heard of that, so it made me wonder.
I kind of thought that might be the case (or I would have read about it elsewhere as well), but better to know for sure.
Thanks again, Tim
