The button can be automatedd but I don't want to open a file dialog window, I want to rename a file automaticaly.
No such a thing in the properties of the module. And I've already authorize full control of the disk named E: in windows 7.
No, nothing happen, but that's not a Command line, it not works in the command prompt. In fact, I'm not able to do anything with the "OS command" module, nothing seems to work. Maybe it's not compatible with windows 7. Can't anybody try to make something with this module ?

I've opened your file, thanks, but I would like something that could be automated.

I'm not talking about the "System Command 2" module, which actualy allows only the functions you mention, I'm talking about the "OS command" module (Insert/special/ OS commmand) which is made to trigger a command from a text pin. This is what the Help file says : "Executes a operating system command when triggered. Uses the current user account and security privileges. OS commands are also known as DOS commands or batch commands. For a full list search the net for "XP command line reference"."

Hello,
I try to use the OS command module (I'm on windows 7) but without any succes. With command prompt, no problem, but the same line triggered by the OS command module doesn't do anything. I'm trying to rename wave files on E: (system is on C:). On command prompt, "Ren E:\samples\1.wav 1bis.wav" actually rename the 1.wav to 1bis.wav, but not in synthedit.
Any Idea ?

I've just try to use it today to record some drum samples. However looking promising, I can't understand how it works... I'm intersted in the auto record function but I usually use the CK sample recorder, wherein with we select a destination file for the record. I can't understand what happen with the record with the DH Sample snatcher module.

Hi, I'm new to this forum but not to Synthedit, I use it for several years now.
I would like to know if someone knows or can imagine a way to get the highest bit value from an audio sample (the audio peak) and to get it into memory from several secondes.
Thanks in advance
Sylvain
