Nono, the forward backwward works! The question for me is HOW, cos' both seem to be the same for me.. I don't see any differences between the both. That's my problem. I don't see the information/value/info that differs forward from backward. Newbie doing a step sequencer? Respect... I'm also newbie and don't understand a single wire in your work.

Hey there, I made a new post, cos I don't know, if notice is updated when edeting.
I've 3 questions about the stepsequencer for now, 2 more later.
1) Is the Pulse Divide working correctly? Maybe I'm wrong, but 32 should be faster than 1, isn't it? 2) In faster mode, ther's more and more LEDs activated around the active one. You noticed it?
3) I tried to check the FORWARD against BACKWARD mode, but it looks same for me. 2 Signal Outs into Voltage to List, 2 Fixed Values modules with 17 steps. Two Switch to Many modules... I can't see any difference between that incoming singals.

I'm learning SynthEdit one month around. I will definately design 64bit VST's. So I learn the basics in Version 1.1, but learn 1.2 also, cos at the end I'll just use 1.2 when stabile (and buy 1.2 then).

I was browsing the Inet for a little list, but didn't found. Maybe someone using SE 1.2 could give me a tip.
I don't need math stuff, but everything else... controls, effects, modifiers, subs, waveforms.

Hey there... I need a lil info for my tutorials.
The BUTTON mode of the standard slider changes data value when activated. It's to understand like a gate so and could be used for kinda trance gate, right?

Good to know... I'll go on with my tutorials using the old version, but for my own education I'll use 1.2 then... Ty Rob!
Wow! Installed and working... Looks really good and much better workspace/workflow. I'll buy it next week...

Hey there,
is it possible to use SynthEdit 1.2 like a demo? I don't want to "try & error download" it to see, that it is not possible...

Ah well, you mean I could connect the three OSC pitch plugs to one IO Mod spare plug. Ok, Ok, got it. I'll change that. TY!
For the plug colours, now I understand why people speak about yellow plugs. Is that Mac or 1.2 version in your screenshot? The normal PC demo definately have kinda really dirty yellow midi plugs. I would call it golden colour on a good day, mud colour on a bad day... lol

Ty Rob!
I didn't insert the ADSR modules inside the container, to show that a container must not have something going in. The se1 was modified by me for the next part of my container tutorials last words.
One pitch to container: My tutorial should be basic practice. As I said, I'll do a second part this weekend with more advanced stuff. Could u explain in some words how to connect the CV pitch to the osc's container?

Hi all! Yesterday I finished my container basic tutorials. Today I was hunting some se1 files and found Johan Brodd's work from 2003 - 2005. I took one of his creations (Strynx) and practiced the use of containers for my self. I wanna share that with the community - maybe it's kind of a help. It's a nice ~confusion vs. overview~ example. If you are interested in the se1 reworked version please email me, because wordpress don't feature exotic file formats neither ziprarish packs. Warning: Exessive renaming of container plugs . The original file Strinx.se1 is included in the JBM-synthedit-projects-2003.rar and JBM-synthedit-projects-2005.rar. sourceforge.net/projects/jbmsrclib/files/SynthEdit%20related/SE1%20files%20and%20skins/Additional info: Johan Brodd made his plugins aviable to download for free. The original torrent is not working, but there is mirrors out. I can't test the mirrors myself atm, sorry. www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=317526&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0&sid=291e20b023c3570108017dc555f83c48BeforeAfter
