*before* logging on, the 'public' view of this forum is 'unattractive white and blue' theme.

one you log on, you get the scheme/theme you selected for it.
but i think the 'public view' should be a better skin - like this dark one i'm on now.
what do you think? i've been on at Rob about it before, and he changed the skin,
but the public view white and blue needs to go, i reckon. i think it is offputting,
another white page, etc etc.
