Hello. How is it possible to show the value (or animation position) of any knob I tweak...on a seperate (and common for all tweaks) text?
I mean that I will make a large display on the GUI which will show the value every time I turn a knob, and if possible, fade out this value some seconds after I release the knob.
Thank you
Vangelis

well, the fading out is hard considering seconds..it is possible to show when tweaking and disapear when releasing!!! I´ll make a small prefab in a moment..im kinda bored and its simpliest than to write all.

ok..in this prefab (wich is the best similar i can make to your question) the last reading will always be displayed... although each time you touch another knob it will be "replaced" ... like this you can add information to any empty space of your vst.. having multiple readings on top of each other but each one appears only when you press the coorespondent knob.... sorry, i said it would disapear when releasing but i forgot that the last reading will always be displayed, unless you can trigger an empty container somehow : )

you can use a delay to trigger an empty container and a kind of counter to fade a non-transparent to transparent image edit: an adsr to fade out would work

KlangManipulation, can you be kind enough to upload an example of how an ADSR can make a fade? and btw, is there a way to make the attack and release of the internal ADSR module have a log response rather than linear? (I have tried DH_EnvSeg - by David Haupt but not satisfied by it's result)
thank you.

www.mediafire.com/download/48a8bl5xs7rydci/Fade-Out.rarits only the fade-out example. no gui-text-blabla you have to put the png&text file into default skin folder. the png is made with knobman. simple transparent to black fading. about the log-response... you could use a vca module before adsr-input but thats nonsense mmm someone did a module but i cant remember who.

Thank you! I use knobman too. If anytime you remember the adsr module developer (other than David Haupt), please ring a call.

Nice help. By this techniques we can make Two Gui Pannels. Thanks for sharing.
