Hi! I've an big Problem. I'd Need an "simple" Stereo delay that can smooth Change between two delay-times on a midi not on/off Trigger, so the Change is with as little artefacts as possible. E.g: Delay-Time 1: 0ms Delay-Time 2: 80ms Morph-Time: 1s As Long as midi note C1 is ON, the delay should be 80ms, on C1 off the delay should slowly reduce to 0ms (within 1s). The Delaytimes, Morph-Time and Trigger Note should be changeable on the GUI.
Before buying a licence, could someone help me with that and proof if this is possible with synthedit?
(i've no idea how to to the Loop to decrease/increase the delay times on a Trigger)
MANY thanks for any reply and help!!!!!!!

Hi, Think the standard Delay2 module has smooth delay. To change the delay time with a trigger is no problem, you could even slowly change it with KDL GuiDelays modules. You can already build this with the demo version of Synthedit, decide later if you want to buy SE.. Cheers, Rob.

THX for reply! I've exportet an simple Audio 1/2 in to Audio 1/2 out plugin with the demo Version to see, if this would work with my vst host application, but for some reasons the host does not let me assign Audio to the plugin. (the host is an propretary vst host engine of an very(!) large professional Audio mixer) could you Export me an simple "dummy" plugin with the paid Version to check, if this would load? (sadly the lala-engine isn't supported well, and his has ist Trouble with some plugins gui, so maybe thats a hint)
Many thansk for the advice with the GuiDelay... i'll check that.

Thanks Rob... !!!! URG8
Due changes of the delay-value make glitched, i've tried to use two delay-lines (that i Change in 10ms steps) and fade between them. This works but still not as good as i'd Need. So i'm currently trying to use e.g. 10 delays and xfade from the first to the last in about 500ms. (first delay=10ms, second=20,... last=80ms)
Would you have an other idea, how to get better result? In Basics, i'm going to buld an lip-sync delay that i can Change on the fly.
(sory for the capital letters, but the german auto-correction is at work ;-))
