Hi All
my name is Mark
I'm new here as you can see. I have the full version of 1.1 and have been using it for many years to make plugins for my own use. I'm running windows 7 and recently downloaded SE 1.2 32bit and would really love to use 3rd party sems with it (particularly some Dav ones) is this possible? I tried copying them into the common files synthedit modules folder, but they dont show up anywhere -am I doing something wrong or are the Dav modules not compatible with v1.2 32bit.

Hi Mark,
Did you do a rescan of your modules folder in SE?

Hi Rob,
firstly thanks for your reply and secondly, a big thanks for solving my issue, I didn't realise i needed to do that. They've now all appeared. Is there an up to date help file for 1.2? I've got a sneaking suspicion that the help file i have for 1.2 is actually just 1.1 - a quick search for "rescan" and "oversampling" turned up nothing (i eventually figured out oversampling, but i didn't think it was intuitive - great to have though).
best wishes
Mark

Hmm, I don't think there is an up-to-date manual for version 1.2x. Don't think Jeff has the time to write one, just ask questions here or at the Yahoo usersgroup.
Cheers,
Rob.
