Hey guys & gals, Here are some prefabs that I have created in SE 1.2, I have included the .se1 file as well as the .prefab file so if one doesn't work right try the other. I have included a 'skins' folder where required, so open the archive file and have a look see as you may need to put those in the proper folder on your system. Feel free to use them as is, modify them to your taste and/or needs, add them to your projects, basically what ever you want (though maybe just a tad bit o' credit might nice if you use them in a synth offer to the public, hope that ain't asking to much). If you have any issues or want to ask a question, then just drop me a PM and we can try and sort it out. This list will be added to from time to time. 16 Step Sequencer - with on/off switch, forward/reverse direction select-able and a reset button. Custom GUI included. Link - 16 Step Sequencer.zipMulti LFO (stereo) - Has select-able Off/Sync/Free modes, Rate control for Free mode, BPM Division select for Synced mode, Stereo & Depth Controls and stereo outputs. Link - Multi LFO.zipDual Joystick with Twin Orbiters - Dual joystick controllers that also have two small joystick controllers that orbit them, (hint - I use LFO's to control them.) Custom graphics included. Link - Dual Joystick with twin orbiters.zipSample & Hold - With Level, Hold time and Sample size controls [Hold controls the pulse (i.e. time) length and Sample controls the step (i.e. sample) size]. Link - Sample&Hold.zip

Hey there, I made a new post, cos I don't know, if notice is updated when edeting.
I've 3 questions about the stepsequencer for now, 2 more later.
1) Is the Pulse Divide working correctly? Maybe I'm wrong, but 32 should be faster than 1, isn't it? 2) In faster mode, ther's more and more LEDs activated around the active one. You noticed it?
3) I tried to check the FORWARD against BACKWARD mode, but it looks same for me. 2 Signal Outs into Voltage to List, 2 Fixed Values modules with 17 steps. Two Switch to Many modules... I can't see any difference between that incoming singals.

Could be that there are issues, I am a newbie, but I'll do some more tinkering. I had tried something different on the BMP division, hoping to make it a little simpler, but it does seem to have some issues and I'll be making a change there to correct it hopefully.
Forward and backward was working, maybe I glitched something there as well, all it is suppose to do is run the pattern either in a forward direction (1-16) or in the reverse direction (16-1). What I'd like to add here, but not sure exactly how to, is to have the direction selectable as Forward, Reverse and Bounce (with bounce being from 1 through 16 then run back up to 1). And I noticed the deal with the LED's, still looking into that one and kinda scratching my head on it to. As for that 17th step, well I couldn't seem to get to hit step 16 and the reset, so I added step 17 as the reset and step 16 started hitting.
Just so everyone knows, anyone is welcome to modify and/or improve these. And if you don't mind sharing the improved versions back, then maybe we can all learn something from them. All of these where built from my messing around with example files that I have read about or downloaded and then modified to use only standard 1.2 modules, though all were recreated from scratch using the example file as nothing more than a reference.

Nono, the forward backwward works! The question for me is HOW, cos' both seem to be the same for me.. I don't see any differences between the both. That's my problem. I don't see the information/value/info that differs forward from backward. Newbie doing a step sequencer? Respect... I'm also newbie and don't understand a single wire in your work.

Oh OK, on the backward side I just changed (reversed) the order of the steps. If you look in the prefab, and in the containers the "Forward/Reverse" switch outputs to. On the reverse side, the steps are labeled Step 1 trough Step 16 (actually Step 17 exists, but that is to reset). but in the reverse case Step 1 actually has the value of 16 assigned to it, Step 2 has 15 assigned to it and so on with Step 16 getting a value of 1 assigned to it. Which is actually what reverses the order, it's the assigned value, not the name of the value. that determines which step is actually hit at that position. When it is going forward Step 1 has a value of 1 assigned to it, Step 2 has 2 assigned and so on. Hope that helps to explain why it works, just let me know, I'm sure I can muddy the water a bit more if need be EDIT: Oh, and I meant to mention, in the Step Sequencer there is a prefab, I think it is called something like "Bar Graph". Which is the GUI front end, you could always pull it out by itself and use it to control parameters of other stuff. It has 16 outputs that could be tied to anything, like maybe an EQ, used to control the cut and res on filters, what ever your imagination desires really.

Was anyone able to repair the 16 Step Sequencer? I'm downloading it to give it a try. And I'm looking forward to doing better with SE 1.2 .
