rebuilding all standard control as subcontrols:
here to follow: prefabs to replace each standard control : eg fader, listbox etc. with
subcontrol versions using the same images from default skin.
with aim of adding a prefabs subfolder to 'prefabs' so they can be added as easily as
the original SE controls...
