report bugs/issues/problems with old sem/sep. make it easier to start using 3rd party sem resources - big complicated step to take at first. oli larkin himself un-recommends OL modules sez they lack optimization, have bugs. i find them interesting to have a look at, they tried to address issues at the time dealt with by later modules. (will think of other stuff i've come across, if any, with probz) there are definitely issues with some of the MIDI modules, or using them together: when i put together a collection of all MIDI modules to look at them, it got to the stage where i couldn't move the window without SE crashing(...)

DH text redirector? insert caused large project to crash. now project won't load! (in v.1.017) in situ: had just added DD 16GUIT to 1Int, with separator, disconnected some old GUItext to swap something...boom. luckily i'd backed up a file version before am going to try again with textsplitter.. it may just be some freak configuration in my file. anyone seen this? what are the reported probs with DH sem in 1.1? (now topic in 1.1 area)

If it's an important project, mail Jeff about this..think he was able to 'fix' the project so you can load it again.

hi Daz! myeah i wondered, bcs i copied it over and connected it with the comma already written on the pin properties. damn fine moe-dule! why didn't i spot it before? i had a text append with a text entry and a textsplitter... Q: does your 16 to 1 do 2way operation? if not, how could i get the value/entry *back* to the GUI object/knob etc. for updating position when patch changes? not doing it in my prefab (using DH patch array/DH array seq'r) i've got a weird thing happening, where the pitch CV row is one step out. i wonder if it is related to using text? > i'm not using patch array correctly, don't know how to use the float pins read/write.

RH Logic Gates 2 -provisionally: i'm having trouble getting it to load with the right gate active (and i think i should have the updated version here)-it always seems to load defaulted to AND (1st item on list), although the listentry2 shows whatever should have loaded.
i have tried inserting a patchmem listB, to hold the selection, put it 'to front' - as needed for list patchmems, says Jeff, and it works, but why? ... - but it have not tried doing the same to the RH modules, maybe worth a try.
nb: it seems to be working ok in another prefab; i am wondering if containerizing them in 4s has caused the problem. (see other post about this)

i find prefabs are generally a bit more prone to crashing in 1.0x anyway when using lots of bools etc. it is a good idea to switch off ie: a boolticker sending signals to dozens of leds before saving, if you're doing anything critical. then if you try to connect it the correct way, if you were doing something wrong, it runs ok and stays stable.
